He is past President of the Family Law Sections of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations and the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Dischell is a member of the Supreme Court Domestic Relations Rules Committee and the Joint State Government Task Force on Domestic Relations. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and is one of the ten leaders of Greater Philadelphia Matrimonial and Divorce Law.
Frank R. Bartle is Managing Partner at Dischell, Bartle, Yanoff & Dooley. Over the past 31 years, he has provided the strategic vision to grow DBYD into one the premier, full-service, mid-sized law firms in the region. Frank’s practice focuses in the areas of real estate, land development, and zoning law. He is recognized by his peers as an expert resource and is a consultant to other attorneys on land development issues. Over his career he has managed some of the most complex land deals in the greater Philadelphia region on behalf of major land development and home building companies.
Jack Dooley’s goal is to make the law work for the people and companies he represents because result matter to him Jack has represented municipalities, businesses, and school districts over the past 30 years in the practice of law. During that time, Jack has provided strategic counsel as well as guidance on day-to-day operational legal matters including transactions, employment, contract negotiations, contract litigation, construction, and regulatory compliance. Jack has also done extensive work in estate planning and administration to provide clients with assurance that their wishes will be fulfilled and their estates will be properly passed on through generations.
