Joseph Kuhls’ practice focuses on land use issues from a broad range of varied perspectives including developer, the municipal decision makers, and neighborhood civic associations.  He has also been recognized for his years of service as a solicitor for various municipalities.

 

Joe represents a full spectrum of private clients including commercial, industrial, institutional and residential developers as well as select protestant groups.  He has extensive experience representing wireless telephone providers throughout Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, Berks, Lehigh and Northampton Counties.

 

His work has included representing a regional medical center as it continued to expand its outreach into new environs, supporting optimal and collaborative outcomes for a Municipal Waste Authority serving over 12 municipalities and providing general business, land and zoning counsel to civic associations throughout the Main Line area.
