Jonathan Young’s practice is focused on representing clients on a wide range of issues including general litigation, workers’ compensation, ERISA, wrongful discharge and discrimination claims. This work has included representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in defeating a long-standing post-traumatic stress disorder claim of disability as well as numerous psychiatric-based claims for disability from both the employer and the employee perspective.
In addition to his focus on Workers’ Compensation, Jon has consistently produced strong results for Personal Injury Plaintiffs including a recent win against a national trucking firm involved in a multi-fatality accident on interstate I-95.
