DBYD Attorney Mark B. Dischell, Esquire will serve as a featured speaker during the PBI’s 2010 Family Law Institute on April 21, 2010 in Philadelphia. Attorney Dischell will focus his presentation on how the new Pennsylvania Child Support Guidelines, which become effective May 2010, will impact both current and future support cases. Attorney Dischell was a member of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee who drafted the new Guidelines.
